Awareness Session in Lyari
Heart and Mental Health: On 22 January 2026, Across awareness session was conducted with 40 participants in Lyari community center, dream house. During the session, participants’ prior knowledge was assessed by pre and post assessment on the prevalence of cardiac diseases, associated risk factors, and their link with mental health. Participants also shared their experiences and discussed real-life examples of physical inactivity and their lived experiences.
