Across Awareness Session at Virtual University Multan

Heartbeat of Pakistan roadshow: On 23 January 2026, Across awareness session was conducted with 25 participants in Virtual University Multan Campus. During the session, participants’ knowledge regarding cardiac diseases, risk factors, and its association with mental health was assessed by pre and post assessment. Participants also shared their lived experiences as CVD patients. Their concers as caregivers and cardiac rehbailitaion program was discussed throgh question answer session.
