Across Awareness Session at Hamdard Foundation

Heartbeat of Pakistan roadshow: On 29th January 2026, Across awareness session was held at Hamdard Foundtaion with 80 participants. During the session, participants’ knowledge regarding cardiac diseases, risk factors, and its association with mental health was assessed by pre and post assessment. Participants also shared their lived experiences as CVD patients. Participants also shared their experiences and discussed real-life examples of physical inactivity and their lived experiences.
