Across Roadshow “Heart Beat of Pakistan”
At a community center in G-7, Islamabad, the ACROSS roadshow was conducted with community members. During the session, participants’ prior knowledge was first assessed, followed by discussions on the prevalence of cardiac diseases, associated risk factors, and their link with mental health. Community members also shared their daily routines and discussed real-life examples of physical inactivity and cardiac issues.
