Dementia Awareness Session held at Razi Institute Management Sciences and Nursing in Peshawar.
The Pakistan Institute of Living and Learning (PILL) Peshawar organized a Dementia 9th Awareness Session under the Baycrest Project at “Razi Institute of Management Health and Nursing ” Peshawar. Attended by 64 participants professional health students including nurses students . The session featured Mian Atiq Ur Rahman and Ms. Zuhra Khalid (Researcher ) who introduced the Baycrest Caregiver Tool.
Ms. Zuhra highlighted dementia signs, caregiver challenges, and the need for early recognition and reduced stigma. Flyers were also distributed, followed by an interactive Q&A and pre/post surveys. The session ended with a commitment to continue awareness efforts. PILL thanked Principal Dr. iqbal Khalil Director for her great support .
