Across Awareness Session at School of Nursing Dow Karachi
Heart and Mental Health: On 17 January 2026 ACROSS awareness session was conducted with 75 Nurses At School of Nursing, Dow Medical Health Sciences Karachi. During the session, participants’ prior knowledge was first assessed, followed by pre and post assessment on the prevalence of cardiac diseases, associated risk factors, and their link with mental health. Nurses also shared their experiences and discussed real-life examples of physical inactivity and cardiac issues.
