CEI Plan dissemination session held with NPOs -Civil Societies Activists in Peshawar

The Community & Engagement Involvement (CEI) group of Pakistan Institute of Living and Learning (PILL) held a face to face session with dozens of Non Profit Organizations (NPOs) & Civil Society activits from District Peshawar .

During the session , the CEI WS 5 team include Atta Ur Rehman and led by Mian Atiq Ur Rehman introduced CEI objectives, vision, and CEI model framework for low- and middle-income countries (LMICs).
The session was organized by Workstream 5 of CEI as part of its. monthly regular dissemination activity with stakeholders.
The presentation was very interactive and guest participants appreciated the innovative approach of CEI to community engagement and acknowledged it as an important methodology. Participants expressed the keen interest in developing future collaboration with CEI on community engagement and research, particularly an emphasized in capacity building of their community workers. and organising mental health an related events in their localities . They both promised to coordinate also in identification of Breast Cancer survivors and Burns patients from their respective communities
. WS5 team appreciated the NPOs community development work in sphere of drug rehabilitation , health , education and social mobilization .
