10 October 2026 – Impact Showcase: NIHR Awards in Mental Health and Multimorbidity
The Global Health Research in Pakistan: From Local Action to Global Impact Showcase will take place in Islamabad on 10 October 2026. The event will bring together NIHR-funded research teams and lived-experience contributors to showcase research achievements, share learning and highlight impact across communities and health systems, with a focus on mental health and multimorbidity.

12 October 2026 – Knowledge Exchange, Capacity Building & Policy Roundtable
On 12 October 2026, two parallel events will take place in Islamabad as part of Global Health Research in Pakistan: From Local Action to Global Impact.
The Knowledge Exchange & Capacity-Building for Evidence-to-Impact Pathways event will support knowledge exchange and strengthen research capacity, while the Policy Roundtable will bring together senior stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and explore how NIHR-funded evidence can contribute to national priorities.
