Lahore CBT intervention Training on ‘ Khushi & Khatoon’ held at COMSATS University
A Two-Day Low-Intensity Intervention Training on “Khushi and Khatoon” was conducted on 19th and 20th May 2026 by Shifa Hamid and Zainab at COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore campus.
The training aimed to strengthen the practical and clinical skills of psychology students by equipping them with evidence-based low-intensity intervention techniques suitable for Breast Cancer survivors.
The program focused on structured psychosocial support approaches, emphasizing accessible mental health care and early intervention strategies to manage stress among women fighting breast cancer in Pakistan
