Faisalabad: Collaborative Meeting held For Strengthening Community Health Initiatives

A productive meeting was held between PILL Faisalabd and the *CEO Health, Faisalabad, to discuss opportunities for collaboration in strengthening community health initiatives.

During the meeting, Miss Kainat Arslan (Community Research Assistant) provided a comprehensive orientation on the *Moving on ABC project, highlighting its objectives, implementation strategy, and anticipated impact on improving community health. The initiative emphasizing the role commumity workers in promoting community well-being and supporting evidence-based health interventions.

The meeting concluded successfully, with the CEO Health expressing strong enthusiasm for partnering with PILL on the Moving on ABC project. As a key outcome, permission was granted to conduct the Lady Health Workers (LHWs) training during the first week of August, paving the way for the project’s implementation.

This collaboration marks an important milestone in strengthening partnerships between PILL and the public health sector. By aligning institutional efforts and empowering frontline health workers, the alliance will enhance community engagement, improve access to quality health information and services, and contribute to building healthier, more resilient communities across Faisalabad.
