Islamabad PILL Observed World Suicide Prevention Day, 2026 In BSPP

On 10th September 2026, marking World Suicide Prevention Day, the Pakistan Institute of Living and Learning (PILL) collaborated with Sehatyab and the Bahria School of Professional Psychology to raise awareness about suicide prevention, its causes, and the urgent need to openly discuss this critical issue.
The session was delivered by Ms. Ayesha Saeed, Pre‑Doctoral Research Fellow at PILL, alongside Dr. Harris Kamran, Consultant Psychiatrist from Sehatyab. Addressing young students, they emphasized the importance of prioritizing mental health, recognizing warning signs, and fostering supportive environments.
