Lahore: CBT Training Conducted at UCP
On 19 June 2026, the Pakistan Institute of Living and Learning (PILL) conducted a Low-Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (LI-CBT) training at the University of Central Punjab (UCP), Lahore, focusing on the psychological support and mental health needs of breast cancer survivors.
The event was attended by Dr. Noor ul Zaman, Director of Research, PILL, and Prof. Dr. Shazia Hasan, Head of the Department of Psychology, UCP. The training was facilitated by Sana Nazir (Research Associate) and Aqsa Sattar (Research Technologist).
The session equipped participants with evidence-based LI-CBT approaches to better support the emotional well-being and recovery of breast cancer survivors.
